These terms apply when you use altaligence.com and the Altaligence platform. By using the site or starting a free trial, you agree to them. If you use Altaligence for a company, you confirm that you can accept these terms on its behalf.

The demo and sample numbers

The live demo dashboard, the AI Advisor demo and the Business Health Check use sample numbers. They show how Altaligence works and say nothing about your own business. The sign-up and sign-in screens on this site don't create an account yet; they open the demo.

Free trial and plans

  • Every plan starts with a free trial, and you don't need a credit card to start.
  • When the trial ends, you choose a plan.
  • Plans run month to month. You can change or cancel your plan from Settings.
  • Prices are in AED per month and don't include 5% VAT.

Your data

Your business data stays yours. Altaligence reads only the accounts you connect, and you can disconnect any of them in Settings. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

AI answers and health scores

The AI Advisor and the Business Health Check give estimates and suggestions based on the numbers they have. They are not financial, tax or legal advice. Check important decisions with a qualified adviser.

Using Altaligence fairly

  • Don't try to break, overload or get around the security of the service.
  • Only access accounts and data you're allowed to use.
  • Don't use Altaligence for anything unlawful.

We may suspend access that puts the service or other customers at risk.

Tools you connect

Connections to tools such as Xero, QuickBooks, Shopify, Stripe and Zoho depend on those providers. Their own terms apply when you use them, and we can't promise they will always be available.

Changes to the service and to these terms

We keep improving Altaligence, so features may change. We aim to keep the service running, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page.

Responsibility

We provide the site and the demo as they are. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profit, that come from using them.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
