What this site collects today

Very little. The sign-up, sign-in and Business Health Check forms work inside your browser: what you type is not sent to us or stored. The newsletter form isn't connected yet, so it doesn't save your email either.

When accounts open

Once you can create an account, we'll process:

• your account details, such as your name, business name and work email;
• the business data you choose to connect, such as sales, costs and invoices from your accounting or e-commerce tools;
• basic technical information needed to keep the service running and secure.

How we use it

• to run your dashboard, reports and forecasts;
• to answer your questions in the AI Advisor using your connected data;
• to support you and send messages about your account;
• to meet our legal obligations.

We don't sell your personal data.

Who can see it

You and the people you invite. The companies that host and run the service for us can access data only to provide that service, under contract.

How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is open. When you close it, we delete it within a reasonable time, unless the law requires us to keep some of it longer.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, as the UAE's data protection law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) allows. Email support@altaligence.com and we'll reply.

Cookies

Our Cookie Policy explains which cookies the site uses. Today it sets none.
